Position Summary:
The RN provides direct day-to-day care of patients and families of Conemaugh Meyersdale Medical Center. Practices to the fullest extent of his/her license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and in collaboration with the Physician, functions as a member of the Patient Care Team to implement the patients plan of care. Provides care specific to ages and developmental needs of neonates to adult and geriatric patients. Functions as a nurse in the Operating Room/Wound Care/Outpatient Clinics/Infusion Center/Pre-Post Op Care setting while using the nursing process to develop a plan for nursing care.He or she participates with the Nurse Manager in continuous improvement. He or she may need to travel to outlying areas in the Conemaugh Health System for education and/or training.

Qualifications:
·Graduate of a nursing program.
·Current PA RN License
·Skilled at understanding and applying patient age specific needs.
·Skilled at demonstrating and implementing all core and job specific competencies/behaviors.
·Ability to think critically, apply technical skills and demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills.
