Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Candidates who have 2+ years of experience, 4 days or less RTO can be auto-offered.
Every other weekend required,
No call.
Holiday rotation
Will be first to float to like units.
No self-scheduling.
We can screen if hcp has at least 1 year
IVS to Interview and Offer with 4 days or less RTO and no holiday rto and at least 2 years exp in specialty.
Medical/surgical unit. Will be transitioning to neurology and accepting strokes not requiring ICU level care.
MS, AKI, UTI, PNA, falls, CVA; iv pumps, tele remote Drips; Infusions; Phlebotomy/Venipuncture; Starting IVs; Transports; assist if ICU xfr Weaning Oxygen; Nebulizer to Inhaler.
All previous perm or per diem staff cannot travel at Ellis Hospital, no matter how much time has elapsed.
Orientations at Ellis are bi-weekly - All other RN/LPN every other Monday
Scrub color provided in UD. - Shoe information provided in UD
No artificial or gel nails; no chipped polish
Maximum days off: 7 days
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
