Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Portland Home Health team. This is a highly autonomous role, ideal for an RN who enjoys building strong relationships with patients while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

  • Educate patients and families about managing conditions and maintaining health.

  • Communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.

  • Document patient progress and updates according to company standards.

  • Coordinate necessary equipment and support services for patients.

  • Supervise the care provided by Home Health Aides.

  • Participate in the rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

  • Active Oregon RN license and BLS certification.

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

  • Minimum of one year of recent experience in acute care or home health preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and appropriate auto insurance.

Compensation

  • Starting at $55/hour (Dependent on Experience)

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

  • Mileage Reimbursement for travel.
