Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Asa Registered Nurse on the Progressive CareUnit, you will be joining a team of professionals who are dedicated todeliverexcellent care to our patients.You will enable patients to reach their goals through care specifically designed to cater to individual patientneeds, andalso administered by some of the most highly skilled and trained providers in the Rocky Mountain region.

What you will do in this role:

• Oversee and directthe care of the patient.
• Responsiblefor the care of medical and surgical patients.
• Serveas primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Oversee and directthe care of assistive personnel,maintainingfinal accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
• Within the first year the RN will have gained basic clinical knowledge and skills of caring for cardiovascularpatients.

Requirements:

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or ARC. ACLS provider cardrequiredwithin the first 12 months of hire, AHA or ARC.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred.
• Oneyearexperience in acute care preferred.
