Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Floating Requirements Float to medical and telemetry, someone to assist with strips there, taking medical patients in that area - first to float

Common diagnoses/Types of patients: total joint replacement, spinal surgery, urology procedure, abdominal surgery (lap appy, bowel resection), bariatrics, medical overflow, Hemo hemovacs and Jp drains frequently, colostomies, No GYN goes to maternity and cardiac MS Tele
Experience or ‘Must have’ skills Prefer to have surgical experience, post op, early ambulation experience
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
