Job Responsibilities:
- Truck seal/padlock program.
- Monitor the movement of trailers/vehicles traffic entering or leaving the yard area.
- Access control programs.
- Monitor merchandise entering or leaving the facility.
- Ensure effective use of CCTV systems.
- Partner with Operations Management/HR to drive LP issues.
- Accountable for all shrink-related operational processes.
- Accountable for physical security of TJX facilities to prevent and deter theft/fraud.
- Create Associate awareness for shrink issues related to internal and external theft, operational deficiencies and physical security.
- Effectively executes the LP team plan.
- Maintain strong partnership with the HRM on all associate-related issues.
- Liaison with local law enforcement and Distribution Center when resolving external theft/fraud cases.
- Dishonest Associate Detection and Resolution
Job Qualifications:
- Competent in the use of CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of Windows based systems including Word and Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Loss Prevention, Law Enforcement, Military, or as a Security Officer.
- Understanding of external/internal theft surveillance and apprehension methodologies
