As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient communication between customers and the service department. You will also handle aftersales inquiries and support, as well as contribute to the overall customer-focused service experience.

Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service and aftersales support
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of truck, trailer, and tanker parts and systems is a plus
- Experience in the automotive or transportation industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training is preferred
