In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing resident needs, developing and coordinating personalized care plans, and executing nursing procedures that require your Registered Nurse expertise. Additionally, you'll take on some managerial responsibilities, all while ensuring an outstanding level of customer service.
- Nursing Care & Supervision: Provide care per physician orders and established standards. Supervise and delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel.
- Documentation: Record treatment details in EMRs and notify the Supervisor of significant changes in resident conditions.
- Resident Monitoring: Regularly assess residents and report any issues to the Supervisor and Physician.
- Order Management: Receive and accurately enter Physician orders in EMRs.
- Compliance: Maintain medical records and administer treatments according to State laws and nursing practices.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of Associates degree required. Bachelors preferred.
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed by and in good standing with The Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.
- Must have current CPR and AED certifications.
- At least one year of previous experience in a long term care setting.
