We are seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team. Candidates must have 2+ years of proven experience and pass a MIG Pressure Test. This role demands precision, attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Schedule: Monday - Friday working 10 hours per day and some Saturdays
Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
- Perform MIG welding with precision, ensuring strong welds on various metal types.
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings and specifications.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment, performing safety checks before and after use.
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts using appropriate welding techniques.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards, checking for defects and strength.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized, adhering to safety regulations.
- Use cutting tools and related equipment as needed.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of MIG welding experience required, 4+ years preferred.
- Successfully pass a MIG pressure test.
- Set up and operate your own welding machine independently.
- Skilled in using power tools and other related equipment.
- Expertise in MIG welding tools and techniques with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of various metals and welding processes.
- Strong grasp of safety protocols for welding and shop operations.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
