In this role the National Projects Coordinator II will be responsible for small to medium scale projects work with various areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience managing small to medium business-related projects and providing senior leadership project have an educational background in or related experience in project management.
Position Type: Full-Time
Starting Salary: $95,000
Salary Increases: Year 2 - $100,000 | Year 3 - $105,000

This role is eligible to participate in ALDI’s Hybrid Work Program, which allows remote work up to 3 days per week (i.e., work remotely up to 3 days per week; work in-office at least 2 days per week).
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilizes discretionary practice to coordinate the involvement of multiple business stakeholders.
• Analyzes working procedures with the objective to identify best practices and improve efficiencies.
• Leads identification and development of appropriate project deliverables.
• Maintains oversight of project progress, proactively addressing challenges, and ensuring seamless stakeholder communication to keep initiatives on schedule.
• Establishes priorities among tasks, deliverables, resources and schedules for assigned project, communicating to project support team members as needed.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or a related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business/Management or a related field required.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
• Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
• Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
• Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
• Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Travel:
• Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training, project work and administrative tasks.
