Key Responsibilities
Work on NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis and any other like Elasticsearch/Cassandra/JanusGraph/Weaviate
Deploy the applications to Lowe’s hosted data centers or the cloud using technologies and languages including but not limited to: Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform
DB Performance tuning and optimizing queries, for faster response times.
Develop and manage NoSQL platforms using CICD tools.
Design, implement, and maintain logging, metrics, and tracing solutions for distributed systems.
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to enhance system reliability and troubleshooting capabilities.
Build automation integrations to reduce day 2 operations for managing NoSQL databases
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience in software development or a related field
4 years of experience in any of following competencies: frontend technologies (user interface/user experience), middleware (microservices and application programming interfaces), database technologies, or DevOps
4 years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative agile development
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems (CIS), or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Skills/Education
4 years of writing technical documentation in a software environment and developing and implementing business systems within an organization
4 years of collaborating with diverse application teams from DB platform.
