We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter/Human Resources Professional to lead recruitment efforts for our field teams and support a variety of HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people and is passionate about delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for all Field Technician roles, including managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), screening resumes and identifying top talent.
- Administer pre-employment processes such as skills assessments, background checks, reference verifications and E-Verify compliance.
- Maintain accurate and timely employee records in the HRIS system, including training logs and hours worked for payroll reporting.
- Monitor certification expiration dates and proactively coordinate renewals with employees.
- Schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires; ensure orientation information is accurately reported for payroll processing.
- Provide general HR support across various departmental needs and special projects.

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education preferred or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of general office administrative experience.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong computer proficiency, with advanced MS Office skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Self-starter with strong initiative and proactive mindset
