The Food Service Worker is responsible for providing services in the respective satellite kitchens and dining rooms and ensuring that all the customers' needs are satisfied. Also responsible for making salads and supporting the cooks in meal preparation when assigned.
Other Responsibilities:
- Under direct supervision, prepares and delivers food trays and performs a combination of duties with the kitchen.
- Prepares food items, apportions, and places food servings on plates, serves trays, and collects dirty dishes.
- Ensures that residents stay within special diets
- Assist with stocking food inventory.
- Assists in setting up and cleaning up dining room areas.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
- One (1) year food preparation desirable.
- Food Handlers Certificate, preferred
- Texas Driver's License
