Accounting Manager Duties:- Lead and manage Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables teams
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Hands on management, leadership, and development of senior and staff employees
- Being a champion for the accounting group and helping to improve processes and efficiencies.
Accounting Manager Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- 4+ years of leadership with teams of 6 or more
- Large company background
- ERP experience
