Qualifications: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:Experience in preparing detailed schedules and cost loaded schedules for work being performed for current projects and projects in the bid process. Must be experienced in developing and maintaining the Project Schedules throughout the lifecycle of the projects. Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficiency with all necessary technological tools, including MS Project, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint , and Outlook with the ability to use other software as necessary.Proficiency in Bluebeam software.Proficiency in Primavera 6 software applications.Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods and industry standards.Knowledge of mass grading and earthwork, stormwater management, underground utilities, erosion control, CCR project items, landfill project items, and utility infrastructure requirements.Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize project performance.Ability to self-prioritize and self-start projects and task work.Meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multi-task similar activities in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, schedules, and project specifications.
