Each CAM will serve in a business operations role and be responsible for partnering/interfacing with technical leaders on the program to provide monthly EVM inputs to support the CHGB business rhythm. The control account manager is responsible for delivering the technical scope on the program within the cost and schedule constraints agreed to by the Leidos PM and the CAM.Primary Responsibilities:Fully responsible for directing technical/functional resources to perform workCommunicate with and review staffing needs with all functional managers across each control accountResponsible for entering all monthly inputs in the Leidos EVM tool (LENS). Includes changes related to integrated master schedule (IMS) status, baseline change requests (BCRs), estimate to complete (ETC) and variance analysis reporting (VAR), writing schedule/cost recovery plansReview and analyze EVM data at the work package (WP) and control account (CA) levelProvide inputs to the scheduler three-point durations to support schedule risk analysisReview labor reports on a weekly basis and compare to the baseline and forecastParticipate in the proposal process by providing schedule, cost and resource inputsLead discussions in definition of scope for the respective CAs and decomposition of discrete, deliverable-oriented, taskingProvide inputs to the risk review boardReview, approve, and disseminate work authorizations through the programs lifecycle and baseline control processWork to influence project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approachesWork to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on the area of responsibilityBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience in project management, CAM, and Earned Value Management (EVM). Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Prior success with managing multiple priorities and meeting strict business calendar due dates to maintain EVMS deliverablesExperience with providing integrated master schedule (IMS) development and critical path management (CPM)Experience with development of Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC)Experience with baseline change control processesExperience with monthly schedule status processesExperience with presenting IBR materials and answering CAM interview questionsUS Citizenship Required - All candidates must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret clearancePreferred Qualifications:Program Management Professional (PMP) certificationEarned Value Profession (EVP) certificationHas prior experience with managing manufacturing scopeIntermediate to advanced knowledge of using tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPointOriginal Posting Date:2024-08-16While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
