Able to run conduit, pull wire, and terminate connections for equipment.Able to perform work at height with proper fall protection PPE.Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts, using hoists, hand tools, and power tools. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections. Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments, using hand tools, level, plum bobs, and straightedges. Repairs or replaces functional and structural parts in devices, using hand tools.Starts devices to test their performance. Lubricates and cleans parts. May initiate purchase requests for parts and machines.Observe operation of equipment to determine if problems with equipment or operator. Required to complete other activities assigned by supervisor.Required to follow the Good manufacturing Program GMPs as listed in Code of Federal Regulations CFR 21 section 110. Requires participation in various Food Safety related training that Buffalo Rock utilizes.
