Performs preventative maintenance and repair to ensure proper operation and upkeep of facilities, general electrical and plumbing systems, conveyor systems, electronic sorters, forklifts and various other powered material handling equipment. 1. Performs regularly scheduled preventative maintenance on general electrical and plumbing systems, conveyor systems, electronic sorters, forklifts and various other powered material handling equipment. 2. Performs troubleshooting on equipment breakdown as instructed including disassembly, repair, parts replacement and parts fabrication to minimize equipment downtime. 3. Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, utilize basic hand tools and electrical and/or electronic test equipment including volt/ohm meters and amp probes strongly preferred. 6.
