Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), within 30 days of hire AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire or placement in position NRP, within 3 months of hire STABLE, Fetal Monitoring, within 1 year in position preferred Licenses: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Tennessee or a licensed Registered Nurse from a Compact State with the proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire.
