The Sawmill Supervisor is responsible for leadership, training, and development of hourly personnel by managing the process flow, resources, and workforce to meet and exceed established budgets and performance objectives.

Provide leadership, training, and development to hourly personnelMaintain high safety performance standardsOversee the day-to-day operations of the sawmillEstablish and maintain quality and production standards for the sawmillOptimize functional areas including production, scheduling, and asset utilization
