You will work closely with healthcare students and professionals to build critical clinical skills in a controlled, safe environment and will also contribute to academic coursework through teaching, assessment, and advising. This dual role requires expertise in healthcare education, simulation technology, and pedagogical approaches that support student learning.Job Duties-1. Simulation Design and Implementation• Develop Clinical Scenarios: Create and implement realistic, evidence-based clinical simulations that align with course objectives.• Facilitate Simulations: Guide students through simulation activities, demonstrating clinical procedures and facilitating realistic decision-making.• Debriefing: Conduct structured debriefing sessions, helping students reflect on their performance, discuss mistakes, and reinforce best practices.2. Classroom Teaching and Instruction• Course Preparation: Prepare course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials based on the curriculum.• Deliver Lectures: Teach assigned courses, using lectures, discussions, case studies, and other pedagogical techniques to enhance learning.• Assessments: Design exams, quizzes, and other assessment tools to evaluate student performance, knowledge retention, and clinical competence.3. Student Advising and Support• Academic Mentoring: Provide guidance and academic support to students, helping them navigate course material, career planning, and professional development.Qualifications:Experience:1 year of experience preferably in a Healthcare Educator role in the hospital setting.
