Every day, you’ll make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.You Will Also...Plan, Supervise, and Implement Curriculum: Develop engaging lessons in reading, writing, and math to prepare children for future learning.Collaborate with Faculty and Staff: Work as part of a supportive, collaborative team to enhance student experiences.Communicate with Families: Provide daily updates to parents or guardians, keeping them informed of their child’s progress and experiences.Maintain an Organized Classroom: Create a well-structured and inviting classroom that fosters independence and exploration.What You Bring to the TeamEducational Requirements: 12 semester or 18 quarter units in early childhood education (ECE), covering areas like child development, family/community studies, and program/curriculum; OR a bachelor’s degree in child development.Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You can connect effectively with children, families, and team members.Experience Preferred: Prior teaching experience with young children is ideal but not required.Why Choose Merryhill Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive and innovative educational community.
