Responsibilities: - Perform thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions in an outpatient setting, assessing their functional abilities, limitations, and goals. - Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based interventions, exercises, and manual techniques. - Implement treatment plans effectively, providing hands-on therapy and guidance to patients to promote functional improvement and pain management. - Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation process. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress reports to track treatment outcomes and ensure continuity of care. - Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and/or Aides in delivering patient care, providing guidance and support as needed. - AHA BLS required Professional Development Program: With our commitment to excellence and continual learning, you will benefit from our robust professional development program and benefits.
