Reporting to the Director of Care Management, the Clinical Educator is accountable for the education program planning for all staff in the department. Maintains appropriate records for all education programs. Responsible for maintaining employee education files in the Education department and follow up on needed certifications. May be assigned design and implementation of special projects with hand off to appropriate parties. Serves as a department backup for Kronos time-keeping.
