In lieu of degree 14+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development with the US Navy supporting NAVWAR required. Required Experience:10+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development with the US Navy supporting NAVWAR. Position requires background and familiarity in developing business focused on Engineering Services, IT Services, Cloud, Network Operations, SW development, Cyber, and/or AI solutions in a DoD environment. Bringing established relationships in the target systems commands is necessary. Ability to create strategic outcomes for NAVWAR opportunities. Experience working within Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) (e.g. NIWC Pacific, NIWC Atlantic). Familiarity and knowledge of all NAVWAR PEO’s (MLB, Digital, C4I).Required Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated ability to grow a pipeline and win business within the Navy. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
