Responsibilities: MV Transportation is seekinga Window Dispatcherwhowill be responsible for providing dispatch support by ensuring operators are effectively on time from leaving the yard, paperwork is correct, and attendance is tracked properly. Qualifications Required: Bachelors degree or higher in occupational therapy or a closely related field of study.Licensed currently, or in the process of obtaining a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) credential.A valid CA state drivers license.Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services and compliance, particularly for students with autism related disabilities and emotional disturbance.Prior experience and/or highly knowledgeable in applied behavior analysis (ABA) preferred.Proficiency in providing motivation and having critical conversations with students that help move them toward realistic goals and next steps.Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining organization and attention to detail.Advanced oral and written communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability.Well-versed in the use of relevant technology including experience with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment.
