Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing, Xywav, Sleep FranchiseAs a Senior Manager on the Sleep Franchise Consumer marketing team, you will play an essential role in developing and executing branded and unbranded tactics focused on the Consumer audience. You will lead several initiatives, including short term execution, as well as helping drive new capabilities that will set the brand up for success in the mid to long term. Core Functions & Expectations: Seeking a team-player who can flex both strategic and tactical expertise across non-personal and personal Consumer efforts to deliver on brand objectives. This person will report to the Executive Director, Consumer Marketing, Xywav, Sleep Franchise.Support the evolution of branded and unbranded marketing campaigns for the Sleep Frachise to reach targeted consumer/patients and move them along their patient journey. Work with Demand Generation lead marketers to incorporate revised visual and messages into consumer tactics.Lead the development and execution of consumer tactics and revisions based on customer insights and in-market performance.Work closely with Omnichannel lead to define KPIs for consumer tactics. Attend consumer tactic performance reviews to incorporate learnings into follow-on tactics.Support the development and analysis of market research, both quantitative and qualitative, to uncover consumer insights and market trends; propose insight-based tactics to address key unmet needs for the brandUtilize market research and additional analysis to determine tactic performance and provide revisions to tactics or recommend new tactics based on findings.Work with patient advocacy organizations including leadership and patient members to deliver appropriate branded/unbranded activities. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $134,400.00 - $201,600.00Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package.
