Overview: As a Store Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to coach, train, and guide your team to excel in their roles and uphold our high-quality standards. Reporting to the General Manager, you will serve as their right hand and run daily operations in their absence. You will make a positive impact on overall store performance by setting the example for account management, marketing, and compliance all while providing an unmatched customer experience in our high-velocity and fast-paced environment. MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
