Your Role The Clinical Services Coordinator (CSC) will report directly to the Manager of Operations for the Transitional Care Services Team which manages our member population. Your Role The IT Health Solutions Pharmacy team delivers all IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy operations and Pharmacy Transformation.
