The CNC is responsible for managing patient-centered care coordination within the unit/department during the designated shift. In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to Riversides vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance. Manage all practical aspects of staff labor, including the administration of time & attendance within Kronos, in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.What qualifications you will need:Graduate of an accredited school of nursingBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Within 3-years of Hire) CA RN license in good standingCurrent BLS, ACLS & PALS required.CNOR (Within 2-years of Hire)5+ years applicable clinical nursing experience preferred2+ years in a lead role with demonstrated leadership and management proficiency preferred.Riverside Community Hospital is a large acute care facility with 517 beds, established in 1901.
