May be assigned design and implementation of special projects with hand off to appropriate parties. Serves as a department backup for Kronos time-keeping. Works with IT staff on Cerner development of Care Management tools, forms, screens and processes. Is responsible for education on these items to department staff. Serve as Super-User for all relevant applications. Other responsibilities as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS A. Education Bachelor of Science degree in nursing required ; Master's in Nursing or Nursing related preferred. B. Qualifications/Experience Minimum of two (2) years of acute care experience as a Nurse or LVN. Minimum two (2) years case management experience in an acute care setting, Care/Case Management certification highly preferred; candidate must obtain CCM or ACM certification within 1 year of hire. Nursing educator experience highly preferred. Current California Nursing license. Experience with implementation of an EMR preferred. C.
