This clinician will enrich the team’s diverse experience by broadening the range of ways of understanding and engaging with our communities through culturally responsive service to others.Essential Duties:Direct client care includes care coordination, behavioral health related screenings and assessments, individual and group therapy, brief therapy, case management, and related clinical services.Responsible for facilitating Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and be a part of the IOP team.Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s), clinical staff, case managers, medical providers and collaterals.Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.Collaborates with other staff in providing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical services, including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments within the medical clinic setting, to include review of treatment options and referral information.Provides on going care coordination within SummitStone, community agencies and resources.Provides crisis intervention to include crisis assessment and de-escalation.Provides on-site collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments for those clients identified with behavioral health needs.
