Office Management * Executes proper subcontractor agreements per company guidelines. * Ensures all subcontractors are working under a subcontract agreement. * Approves or rejects invoices as appropriate, with proper communication with your Project Accountant. * Develops and updates project schedules. * Updates and provides schedules to Project Director and Profit Center Leader weekly. * Responsible for directing, mentoring and training junior level team members. * Represents BluSky emergency mitigation on-call management rotation. Profitability Management * Meets or exceeds billing, revenue, and profit margin goals as defined by BluSky. * Secures bids to obtain fair pricing on jobs within two weeks of assignment of the job per Best Practices. * Completes buy out worksheet and update weekly. * Tracks change orders and all extras on projects via signed change order form and budget updates. QUALIFICATIONS: * 3-5 years residential and commercial construction, general contracting and/or restoration experience preferred. * 3+ years project management experience preferred. * Must be able to travel in response to both emergency and non-emergency losses across the nation. * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, internal and external contacts throughout the project management process. EDUCATION: * Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
