Will include archiving and updating all drawing files of Contractor Management (ic. Submit bids, obtain pre-qualifications and insurance, contractor orientations, onsite inspections, monthly safety meetings ,etc.)All administrative duties for managing contractor safety programs. Duties include obtaining confidentiality agreements, pre-qualification documentation, insurance, performing contractor orientation, onsite audits and inspections, and assist in the facilitation of monthly safety meetings Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderCertification in AutoCADIn lieu of certification; 3 to 5 years of experienced use of AutoCADMust have experience in operating a PC with Microsoft Office SuitesUnderstanding and knowledge of Industry building codes and regulationsAbility to work weekendsWork history or resume must be attached to applicationAbility to read, write, and speak English Preferred Qualifications 1 to 3 years of Industrial Maintenance and/or construction experience2+ years experience in food processing industry Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
