The APP will partner with the Hospitalist Nocturnist to take new ICU admissions and can facilitate early consultations with PCCM, as well as coordinating patient transfers to higher level of care facilities as needed. The APP will also perform night bedside rounds on PCU patients, and partner with Nursing Supervisor to evaluate patients who may be eligible to stepdown out of PCU level of care.
