Models the effective, efficient operation of the Program by scheduling and assigning work, resolving processing problems, collecting data to monitor progress. Continually improves quality and productivity by identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending and implementing changes.Implements and monitors departmental goals and objectives for the work group, by analyzing needs and developing recommendations. Implement individual performance expectations; coaching, developing of direct reports, and providing input to performance of indirect reports.Works across departments and programs to collaborate on like programs to build consistency and efficiencies.Reviews documentation and medical records to ensure proper care is being provided.Qualifications Masters degree in behavioral health related field; Social Work preferred1 year of supervisory experience, clinical awareness and insight required, 5 years of direct clinical practice preferredCurrent licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT or PsyD in the State of CTStrong communication skills required - both written and verbal, Bilingual language skills preferred.
