ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSelects, positions, and aligns angle degrees in machine ram and bed. Turns setscrews or bolts to fasten clamp bar that holds guides in position.Turns adjustment screws to set specified pressure of ram and clearance between cutting path of saw. Lays out or details layout on work stock from blueprints or templates.Positions work piece to align layout marks of desired cut. Starts saw to cut desired angle of material.Sets stops on saw and repositions stock to run successive pieces, or to perform multiple operations. Keeps a running inventory of assigned material.Verifies dimensions of work piece.
