Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Active PT license in Florida.Current BLS certification.Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.At least one year of PT experience (home health experience preferred).Proficiency with electronic medical records is a plus.Physical capability to perform required tasks (standing, bending, lifting).Strong self-management, communication, and judgment skills.
