Responsible for the organization, tracking, and accounting for GDIT project materials and assets in support of USBICES-X operations worldwide.• Reviews, coordinates, and integrates commodity management of assets.• Support greater Enterprise operations by adhering to established policies and procedures.• Troubleshoots and resolves issues where supply chain deficiencies affect the mission.• Enter, track, and receive software and hardware maintenance support renewals and new purchases throughout purchasing process.• Proactively analyze and track purchases for value of cost, software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.• Work with vendors, IT, and Supply Chain teams to analyze and resolve complex issues associated with enterprise purchasing.• Conducts and may provide guidance for the supplier audits, assessments and evaluations to ensure conformance to client's quality, cost and delivery performance standards.• Perform all other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:• 6+ years of related logistics work experience.• BA/BS – may substitute additional years of experience• Strong written and verbal skills.• Self-starter who can independently work and collaborate with other teams.• Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to put together and organize large amounts of information.• Possess an active secret security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:• Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.• Experience with Enterprise Licensing Agreements and EULAs.• Experience with ServiceNow• Experience with Government Property Transfers, DD1150s• Familiar with Government Disposal processes, DD1348s• Familiar with Microsoft, Cisco, and Adobe DoD JELAs• Experience communicating with multiple vendors and project managers• Experience with data entry (SC360), Accounting Systems and SharePoint• Performs demand forecasting, distribution planning, supply chain modeling and design. May provide guidance to less-experienced Logistics Analysts.The likely salary range for this position is $62,962 - $82,225. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
