Maintains compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.Leads team by Agency Mission, Vision, and Values and drives operations aligned with our Sacred Seven.Assesses clinicians on an ongoing basis to ascertain their understanding and compliance with policies and procedures.Participates in public relations and community activities that promote the Organization's role as an effective member of the health care delivery system.Performs consistent 1:1 meetings with clinicians, providing monthly SHP scorecards and continued education.Performs field visits with clinicians to mentor and support clinical excellence consistently.Promotes the use of the patient portal, physician portal, and Synzi.Promotes Telehealth visits to support appropriate visit utilization.Performs other duties and activities as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services. QUALIFICATIONS Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.Graduate of National League for Nursing or accredited school of nursing. BSN degree is preferred.Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting, preferably home care.Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.Complies and maintains current CPR certification.Demonstrates excellent observation, organization, and verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Computers, Microsoft, EMR, and Technology.Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards.This position requires that the employee is willing and able to meet the physical requirements as necessary.
