Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance and salary range at the time of the offer.Responsibilities Operate extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) equipment and performs ECMO therapy according to physician orders.Monitor pump functioning throughout patient therapy and maintains pump integrity.Monitor circuit volume and administers products, medications and/or volumes as ordered.Monitor anticoagulation, electrolyte, acid-base balance and blood-gas composition values and adjusts ECMO circuit to maintain physician's orders.Generate and compile appropriate documentation and charges related to ECMO.Precept new ECMO team members.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
