Repairs/replaces HVAC components as applicable. Point of contact for HVAC vendors performing work at Parrish Facilities. Operates hospital building automation for all PMC facilities. Can utilize the system to help troubleshoot issues. Has the ability to make changes in the system to regulate a comfortable space for all of PMC.
