Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Perform a variety of duties in surgical services to maintain a well-supplied, sterile environment.Perform terminal cleaning of each operating room daily, including thorough decontamination of furniture, equipment and air vents.Transport case carts, equipment and supplies and disposes of hazardous waste according to policies and procedures.Monitor and maintain supply inventories at an appropriate par level.Provide physical assistance for patient positioning, lifting and, moving as directed by clinical nursing staff.Requirements Education:High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.*Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicableAdditional Preferences Environmental cleaning experience preferred (OR)Why Join Our Team Ascension Sacred Heart is a leading provider of high-quality healthcare to children and adults in South Alabama and Northwest Florida communities and operates Northwest Florida's only children's hospital.
