Description Are you ready to make an impact Leidos Digital Modernization is seeking a Web Developer to work with our US CENTCOM CITS program at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL.What will you do in this role Design web infrastructure, development, and maintenance of software applications, autonomous services, desktop applications, web applications, web services, scripts, and utilityprograms.Conduct analysis, work with subject matter experts in planning, design, and development, and provides technical expertise.Determine user needs, programming techniques and controls requirement, prepare operating instructions and user guide.Ensure development meets software standards and security compliance.Architect, develop and release custom software solutions, web-based application systems, and web services as per requirements and security complianceDevelop stored procedures for SQL Server databasesPerform daily operations and maintenance tasks, including maintaining web servers and sites, troubleshooting issues, responding to service desk ticket escalations, and debugging and documenting legacy systemsTroubleshoot infrastructure integration with IIS servers and configurationDemonstrate an understanding of active directory authentication integrationBasic Qualifications to be considered:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline and 8 years', or Master's and 3 years', Associate with 9 years', High School diploma/GED and 10 years' relevant experience.5+ years of experience as a web developer or software engineer.Current TS/SCI clearance.Current CompTIA certification for DoD 8140/8570 compliance (Security+CE or GSEC).Significant hands-on background with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) management, troubleshooting application and web server errors, and IIS security complianceDemonstrated background with infrastructure, Active Directory authentication, group policies, domain name services, ACLs, and their integration with web serverDemonstrated background with application configuration, release, and deployment on the web serverSignificant background developing web applications and web services using ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScriptExtensive web development background using MVC, JSON, JQuery, HTML5, and CSS3Background with OAuth authorization services in ASP.Net 5 or 6Extensive background with SQL server development, stored procedures, and TSQLDemonstrated background with writing PowerShell ScriptsAble to apply software development principles, concepts, and techniques, including software design patterns, test methods, and integration practicesKnowledgeable of Information security for Web Site Administration as per Web Server Security Technical Implementation Guide (http://iase.disa.mil/stigs/)In-depth knowledge of object-oriented design and n-tier developmentPreferred Qualifications:Background with SQL Reporting ServicesBackground using Agile development methodologiesAdvanced knowledge and background using Microsoft Office tools, including VisioBackground in cloud architectureFamiliarity with git-based source controlDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment where each day provides a new set of hurdles and opportunities, under short time constraints involving complex network configuration and/or troubleshooting requirementsAbility to effectively communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders to define system requirementsKnowledge of U.S. Department of Defense security requirements, regulations, policies, and proceduresOriginal Posting Date:2024-09-26While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $81,250.00 - $146,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
