Responsibilities The Nurse Manager assumes 24 hour responsibility for directing and coordinating the clinical activities and operations of 2M Unit. The Nurse Manager directs, supervises and evaluates the performance of the nursing staff, contributes to the development of a fully qualified and continuously improving staff, and he/she supports work redesign and quality improvement within the department.
