Position Summary:
The Sr. Sales Specialist will drive the sales enablement strategy across the ABM Franchise Group. In this role, you will assist in developing the skill set of our Franchisees Sales Staff in two primary functions, these include: Sales Training and Sales Advocacy. You will be involved in continuous improvement, sales training, sales processes, sales tool adoption, event management, and reporting an increase of engagement, sales productivity, and team member retention.
Essential Functions:
Manage sales enablement programs, platforms, and technology.Oversee communications, planning, and scheduling for sales enablement initiatives including Sales Training, Sales Advocacy and Sales Recognition.Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.Own the entire sales training and advocacy process including: reporting process, enrollment, attendance, completion, grading, and post-event surveys.Organize, coordinate, and conduct training events and classes at scheduled ABM events and locations as well as customer site specific locations.Assist in creating and presenting training materials.Lead the Sales Advocate program, including 1:1 coaching, role-playing, guided training processes, scheduled roundtables, and reporting.Participate in the sales recognition program, including scheduling and execution.Assist customers with sales-specific requests and undertake special projects to support sales enablement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or related work experience (5+years of sales experience and 1+ years of experience in sales enablement or mentoring)Exceptional and engaging communication style, including strong written, verbal, and active listening skillsPassion for helping sales reps be more efficient and effective in their interactions with clients and prospectsVery organized, strong attention to detail, and able to handle competing priorities to achieve quality results on timeExcellent analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsAbility to work independently, with little direction - comfortable asking for help when neededProficient with Word, PPT, Excel, Salesforce.com experience preferred
