Program, Precision Program which includes the verification of vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasonic, and motor circuit analysis.Works with maintenance and operation teams to improve knowledgebase, techniques, and procedures supporting equipment reliability.Provide feedback and findings for root cause analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance to create an environment of continuous asset reliability improvement.Supply support for equipment upgrades, major restorations, obsolescence conversions, continuous improvement engineering solutions.Collaborate with other Maintenance & Reliability teams (internal and external) to share in benchmarking, best practices, etc.Provide occasional off-hours critical equipment technical support in 24/7 operations.Ensure regulatory compliance at all times.Participate in or facilitate plant audits as needed.Participates as an active member of a plant safety element team.Ability to travel for business duties as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.
