Objective:
In the HR Business Partner role, you will collaborate with internal and field-based employees to assist in addressing their needs related to employee relations, performance management, policy application and compliance. The HRBP must be sensitive to corporate & field team member needs, promoting positivity throughout the organization and balancing employee goodwill with the overall business needs.

Acts as an HR business partner to leaders throughout the corporationIn conjunction with HR team members, provide coaching and guidance to managers in need of performance/discipline guidance & documentation preparation Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion and overall employee experienceAid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.) Support the ongoing growth of HR via continuous improvement efforts & automation upgradesPartner with corporate benefits team to provide support as needed with Workers Comp & leave administrationCollaborate with various stakeholders to address employee relations mattersDevelops and maintains affirmative action programMaintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws, and regulations including annual poster requirementsProvides data for Internal Audits and various payroll, benefits or other HR programsAssist the HR team with various research projects and/or special projectsAssist with or prepare HR related people analytics data and departmental correspondenceMust be able to travel up to 25% to address HR related needs in the field while providing real time engagement with field employeesOther duties as assigned needed based on organization’s needs

Work Experience
3 – 5 years of progressive HR experience Previous experience administering Workers Comp casesAbility to effectively conduct investigations & fact finding sessionsDemonstrated knowledge of State and Federal labor regulations & compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years HR Generalist experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment
HR Related Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. PHR, SPHR, SHRM C-P certification a definite plus
Specific Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsPrevious experience with ADP and/or other HRIS systems
