Overview: As a results-driven General Manager, you will oversee the success of your store and team by setting the bar high for performance and customer service. You will provide ongoing coaching and training to your team to reach Company objectives, increase revenue, and further develop their skills while demonstrating your leadership. Reporting to the District Director of Operations, you will oversee marketing efforts for your location, champion store security and loss prevention, help enforce adherence to quality standards, and review all transactions to create an environment that fosters growth and innovation.
