Responsibilities: POSITION SUMMARY: The Plant Superintendent will have the responsibility for meeting line objectives related to production KPI’s, safety, quality, personnel matters, and enforcement of company policy. This includes assisting with continuous improvement throughout the facility and the development of individuals within their organization.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Directly supervises and coordinates salaried supervisor and hourly roles including goal setting, evaluating performance, hiring and terminating.Schedules and supervises manufacturing resources to meet production goals established by operations management in alignment with business goals and objectives.Assures production activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures to include environmental, quality control standards and safety compliance.Ensures a safe work environment is maintained or improved throughout the plant.
